Man, we ended up redoing this page a couple times. Lately, Leslie and I have been stressing over the quality of Blaster Nation. It's pretty apparent that we've been rushing a lot of these pages so that we can get these pages out and spend more time on Tissue Box or whatever. It feels pretty crummy, especially since Blaster Nation is where most people come to see our work at. We feel pretty bad half-assing shit for you guys, so we're trying to not do that. This new page was the result.

We're trying to go for a generally more interesting page composition than what we've usually been doing. Studying up on how-to comic books and guidelines on how to basically get good at our job here. We want to try for better perspective shots and more expressive faces, mostly. I think we're heading in the right direction here. I'm really proud of Leslie's work on this.

I've also been trying to up my productivity. Out of the two of us, I've definitely been the most lazy with Blaster Nation. Many times, I would simply hold off on writing the next comic script until the very last minute, making it way difficult for Leslie. Sometimes, it's just hard to get yourself to write. Lately though, I've been way more inspired, setting up a buffer of comic scripts 3-6 at a time. And now that we've FINALLY finished our next Tissue Box, Leslie's going to try to set up a buffer of BN pages. Hell, maybe eventually, we'll even get time to work on Rock Cocks.

We've also been working on redoing some of the site pages. I'll let you know when those are all complete so you can check 'em out. Until then, see you on Friday!
