So, if you've been keeping up with our tumblr/twitter (and if you haven't, what the hell's wrong with you), then you'll know that Leslie and I are freaking out because IT SNOWED OVER HERE. Like, I'm  sure a lot of you are like "whatever I get snow all the time, it sucks, no big deal" but no, Leslie and I have lived in Louisiana all our lives and have NEVER seen snow, at least not like this. So imagine our childlike wonder when we wake up and see this picturesque winter goddamn wonderland right outside of our apartment building. It's BEAUTIFUL OUT HERE. 

 

Of course, living in Louisiana never prepared us for life with snow. We're ridiculously underdressed, unprepared, and terribly afraid of driving. The state of Louisiana actually shuts down any time there's even a warning of icey weather. If someone so much as drops a snowcone on the road, the road closes, schools and businesses shut down, and the governor declares a state of emergency. Not here in Kentucky, though. Everyone's just expected to dig their cars out of the piles of snow and slip-slide on over to work. I'm impressed by their commitment, but man, I'm so glad we sit on our asses and do comics for a living. Walking Maggie the chihuahua is a huge pain in the ass now, though, but that's to be expected. She's tiny.
