For those worried that this is getting too sad or angsty or whatever, don't worry too much. You'll have plenty to like later on in this chapter. And hey, we'll be getting to it much faster with these three updates a week! Thanks again, FreeGlass.
So, that last page sparked some pretty heated discussion. Probably the most discussion any Blaster Nation page has had that wasn't a million macro images for a page with a naked girl in it. A lot of you chimed in with all sorts of differing opinions and viewpoints and personal experiences. And that's great! That's wonderful! I'm glad we could create something that would generate that much discussion. This has been an incredibly challenging chapter to write. It's way out of my comfort zone and I'm sure out of yours too, as BN readers. With every BN chapter, I like to try new things with the characters. I like setting up new dynamics, I like throwing them into new settings...Every chapter is basically me testing myself as a writer, and I learn so much every time. I'm a guy from Louisiana who barely reads and barely passed one of the worst-ranked high schools in the state. The only real writing experience I had prior to webcomics were some incredibly childish anime comics scribbled on looseleaf paper that Leslie remembers all too well. I want to get better at writing, and experimenting like this helps. I think you guys will like where this chapter goes, and I hope it'll be a solid experience all the way through.
And don't worry, we're not gonna get into Cerberus Syndrome territory with this chapter.
See you on Friday!
