Our roommate's got Porco Rosso playing right now and man, it's hard to concentrate on writing this blog.
Not much going on, really. I went back and played some Red Dead Redemption. Started from the beginning. I forgot how incredibly slow and boring it starts off. It picks up pretty well though once you start shooting people. It definitely hasn't aged well, though. Aliasing out the ass and man, I forgot how fucking glitchy it was, even in cutscenes. The pop-in's pretty bad, too. I'd kill for an HD re-release of some sort, just so I don't have to play it on Xbox. It's definitely a game that could benefit from a current-gen re-release.
Monster Hunting has been pretty fun. Leslie and I have been grinding street sharks together for some awesome street-shark armor. I wish comics didn't eat up so much time and take so much attention so that we could watch some anime together. I still need to get into the Monogatari series. Hell, I got a ton of anime downloaded that's just sitting in my harddrive, unwatched and unloved. One of these days...
