WHAT A TWIST!

Leslie fucking loves this photoshop shoujo manga brush she downloaded, by the way. Sometimes, her judgement gets a bit clouded when she downloads a new brush, and she has to use it for everything. I try to keep her on the right track, but it doesn’t always work sometimes. With the manga brush, it’s been even worse than ever. You have no idea how many commissions have been turned down simply because Leslie added sparkles and flowers to their grimdark super serious art requests. I swear to god, if I don’t keep an eye on her, Blaster Nation will turn into a shoujo manga. Damn you, photoshop manga brush. Damn you to hell.

Not much going on. I ended up getting $40 worth of Pizza Hut gift cards. No idea where the nearest Pizza Hut is, though. Wasn’t even entirely sure Pizza Hut still exists. If I find one, am I even going to want whatever lies in the building?

Also, did I mention we beat Saints Row the Third? It was pretty terrible. Maybe it’s because I was such a huge fan of the series, and they killed off pretty much everything that was so great about the other games in favor of stupid gimmick weapons and less-developed new characters. It seems like lately developers just want to piss off old fans as much as possible so that they can get in all the new ones. I seriously can’t fathom how it can be hard to pacify both. It’s a damn shame, because I was looking so forward to Saints Row the Third. Easily my most anticipated game of the year, only to fall short of even my lowest expectations. Same with Duke Nukem Forever, same with Uncharted 3, kind of with Arkham City (that plot just made no goddamn sense)…hell, pretty much every game this year that wasn’t Dark Souls, Catherine, or Portal 2.

Now, time to see what all this Skyrim business is all about.
